I curate @thequote in my spare time, I remember the early days of Twitter, so I’m interested in people for conversations without a sales patter. Let’s talk!

Twitter
Startups need capital, people outside the U.S. have capital, so why restrict new users to people with zip codes? I can easily give a false ZIP code.
@ianmayman Good point. My guess would be that every country has different laws regarding this kind of stuff which becomes complicated very quickly. In that case starting with one market (the U.S.) is probably a good idea. Once that works, they can roll it out to more countries.

I'm totally with you though, being based in the Netherlands. Many services like these take quite a while to become available abroad.
@ianmayman Ian - We are not necessarily restricting access based on zip codes, but it is important information for us to keep compliant. The regulatory environment is changing and we must help each startup and investor in the U.S. follow the rules as they are defined by the SEC.
Is this available for people booking from outside of the United States? Just like Marc, I'm in Europe and am more likely to look for a deal on a flight to the U.S.
This sounds like an app with great potential, but I hope it will connect via iOS to other photo apps so as to send and perhaps receives photos from them - and of course from the camera roll. I think it could prove useful at conferences and seminars. Another idea would be a feature to turn the photo and audio into a video slideshow to upload to video networks.
@ianmayman Thanks for feedback. Actually, the app instantly compiles audio with photos when record button is pressed. When you are done with recording, you simply press stop button and your audio slideshow is ready in just seconds in video format that is saved in dedicated library which you can then upload to Dropbox or share via FB, Youtube, Messenger and Viber.
Now photos from Mems can be saved in Camera Roll, and connecting the app to other photo apps seems interesting option. Thanks for suggestion!
Let me know if you need anything else. Will be glad to help
@aniberberyan28 I am thinking connect to other photos apps for photo editing features and filters that they have, then the finished video can have better or unique photos. If others in the room are also using the app to record an event, unique photos would make it a little different. I hope photos could be added at the start and end too, perhaps for the purpose of titles and credits.
@ianmayman Hey Ian, just pinging you to make sure you see @aniberberyan28's reply below.

Ani: It's not super obvious right now, but it's best to use the 'REPLY' link that's at the bottom of each comment. That way your comment is considered a reply and position within the read and the person you're replying to gets an email notification. (We'll make this more obvious in an upcoming design change.)
@ianmayman @aniberberyan28 Whoops, never mind. I wasn't paying attention.
@marckohlbrugge Thanks for your notice. I saw "Reply" link only after I wrote the comment. Yes. it would be good if you could change the design of the link a bit so it catches the eye.
@ianmayman Now I see your point and that makes sense to me. It is perhaps better to integrate with photo editing apps rather than have built-in editor. That will help us to concentrate on the core features of the app. Do you think that the best use case for MemTalk are events and conferences? What about mobile journalists? Wouldn't it help them to use two forms of media in synergistic way and reach their targeted audience fast?
@aniberberyan28 Yes, best for events and conferences. Video may be better for mobiles journalists, it depends on what they are reporting on; video takes more time to edit but I can imagine MemTalk having a place in a mobile journalists 'digital toolbox', I think it will be useful for text media (online and print) journalists as a research app, used when interviewing someone.
@ianmayman Very good insights. We will consider your feedback for both groups to meet the product/market fit. Hope you've already subscribed from our website (www.memtalkapp.com). Will be very glad to hear more suggestions from you after you've tried the app.
@aniberberyan28 Have you thought about how vloggers and YouTubers would use this to create a slideshow that is exported as a video to the default photo/video app, or even direct to YouTube? Oh and my wifi is working but your website is down at the moment.

This looks interesting, I just need a way to identify which tweets get the most engagement and then share those. Twitter Analytics does that fairly well, so I'll be sure to look more at your service and see if it is a good fit for what I am doing. I'm not keen on the "via @1001tweetsapp" on every post, but €10 is worth if I am making money, but I'm not at the moment.
@ianmayman Thank you for your feedback.
Actually, you can set a domain whitelist. For exemple, if you set 'blog.<you-domain>', only tweets with a link to your blog we'll be reposted.
I'm not keen on the "via @1001tweetsapp" neither. I'm thinking to delete the free offer for the moment to be focused on the 10€ plan.
I am sceptical about this because those asking for ID may not know about Yoti and therefore may not accept the ID as valid. I think a lot assurance is needed also because of the risks of identity theft if it's all contained in once service, that would Yoti a huge target for hackers.
I notice this is based in the UK (as am I) but the screenshot shows $ - presumably USD, so I would like to know if it actually works in the UK? Will it connect to bank accounts and if so, will there be UK bank accounts?
@ianmayman It will indeed connect to bank accounts and these can be UK and U.S. we have two aggregation services signed up that cover the U.S. and UK.

Also noting your comment on Product Hunt for a similar product to us out of Y-Combinator and we will have a direct debit/standing mandate checking system that will automatically hunt down and cancel or downgrade any subscriptions you do not actively use, this such as Premium Netflix down to a normal one or recurring membership to magazines or websites you may have forgotten about. This will work across your current account and your credit cards as again our aggregation system pulls all of this into WealRo in realtime! 😊
Can it pull product and sales data from Amazon?
@ianmayman Yes, that should be possible! Have you signed up for yet?
@_getbaxter Yes I have now, although I have no team, it's just me. I get reports fortnightly (not an option in your survey) inline with Amazon payment schedules, and I'm in the UK.

This is interesting but it sounds like "endorsed Big Brother". Some people - especially women - will consider it an invasion of privacy even though sharing what you're doing is entirely up to the sender.
How do you send the message? If it is reliant on the recipient having the app as well, then it will not succeed. So can a message be scheduled for sending via email, SMS, Facebook, and Twitter?
@ianmayman So far it is reliant on that but we want to expand into sending a message to anyone pretty much:)
Are there any plans to launch this in the UK?
Hello, is this ay chance the will work outside the U.S? At least with the big chain shops such as supermarkets?
I'm already on the beta for three other payment cards, so I'm not sure I need this, but maybe it could replace one if you offer a better match for what I need. Can you provide an example of an expense report? Will there be a web interface or is it all through an app - and if so, does it work in landscape view on iPad? Can the expense reports be exported in CSV format? Thank you.
@ianmayman

Hi Ian!

Thanks for reaching out and your interest!

So, Pleo works like this:

Every purchase on the Pleo card notifies you via the app. You just swipe and take a picture and that's about it. No expense reports is needed, since we have the information of the purchase along with the right receipt and it's linked to most accounting system. And yes, there is an option to export in CSV, if we don't connect to your accounting system. You can read about our product and our plans also here: http://techcrunch.com/2016/06/09/pleo/

You can view yours or your team's purchases in real time (if you are the manager) through the app or through the web interface - also the landscape view on iPad of course. If you are the manager, you can also issue or turn off cards and set limits to them from the same dashboard.

If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to contact us here or via e-mail on [email protected]

Best,

Pleo

@pleo_io Thank you, it all sounds great. At the moment, I'm a Sole Trader just starting out, but it may be useful in the future to have more than one card if I outsource buying decisions. Also do have an example report generated by Pleo? Thanks.
@ianmayman Pleo can work only with one card like a charm, but there is definitely an increased value once your team gets bigger. :)

Can you drop us an e-mail at [email protected] ?

Thanks!

I've been hoping for something like this that is not just for the U.S, I can't wait to get started with it. :)
@ianmayman Thanks Ian! Looking forward to getting you onboard :)
Is there are anything to ease the temptation to raid the Plum account to go buy something? For example, can I stop myself from withdrawing by either paying a fee to you or waiting an agreed period of time for the money? Could the requested withdrawal be cancelled (once temptation has passed) up to 24 hours before it is transferred?

I imagine you'll charge fees somewhere, so how will you make money?

Will there be an option of savings goals or a target? Perhaps weekly or monthly savings goals and a balance goal.
Hello, when might this be available for UK users?
Hello, this sounds like a great app. Unfortunately, I am on some very slow wifi now and for the next two weeks and the Typeform form didn't load properly. Perhaps I'll try again another time.
@ianmayman Oh no! But I have followed you on Twitter and shot you a quick message. If you are interested in testing, just send me your email and phone version and I will get the latest build out to you! :)
@chaseMRG In that case, it is misleading to display an iPhone when there is a high probability that Apple will close this way you've found to make it work and remove you from the app store if they let you on it in the first place.
@ianmayman Hi Ian, we are conscious of this and the processing we will be using is fully within the guidelines of the iOS store. Thanks for commenting and allowing me to clarify this!
Hi Marc, I'll be interested if it connects to Todoist. :)
@ianmayman Thanks for the suggestion. I've received that request a few times now. Will take a look at their API to see how feasible it is.
The "CHDRScore" sounds like a credit rating for the users eyes only. I would like to know if this app will be of use soon to people outside the U.S and Canada. Thank you.
@ianmayman it certainly will be! Think of it as a universal, internationally applicable score.
The screenshot shows missions include Health, and Experience. That seems too vague to me. "Walk a total of 100 miles by the end of the month" would be better, but perhaps that comes under Health. I look forward to finding out more, and I hope it will be on iPhone soon as the picture suggests Android first.
@ianmayman thanks for the advice. Kimmie is an app which helps to gamify your life and tasks in an RPG like game. So the Health and Experience bar are similar to what you have went you play a RPG game. Health indicates the health level of your character where when you missed a task , it will be damaged. Experience level shows how much for you to get to the next level. Points are awarded when you complete a task.
I don't see the appeal of this app. It's one extra step to add an article to a far more popular app, and that extra step doesn't result in having lots of screenshots to delete later that take up storage space.
Most in North America always forget to mention when a product or service is not available outside North America. I am in the UK, can I use it?
This sounds like a great idea, and if they make me laugh then it's well worth paying a premium subscription for the health benefits that laughter brings.
I hope I'll be able to download recordings so as to not use mobile data or to listen when I have no mobile access. Before long we might see lots of random strangers on public transport laughing to themselves!
For a moment I thought this sounds fantastic, exactly what I'm looking for... then I saw it's based in the U.S. I'm not interested in a year of emails every week or so before I actually get to use it here in the UK, but I am interested in getting notified when it is available in the UK. Thank you.
@ianmayman thanks for the feedback. We actually don't plan on sending out "weekly" emails, but have gotten a lot of international interest. I'll personally reach out to you when we are live internationally.
I think it's a safe bet that the app will have almost no users in my area for a long time. What are the chances of getting a match here in the UK within 72hrs of launch to redeem the offer?! Almost no chance I would guess.
@ianmayman Hi Ian - My name is Steven and I am one of the Founders of LiveWith. That's an understandable concerns- but no worries! You don't actually have to get a match, you just have to register an account within 72 hours of our launch. At that point, the offer will be redeemable whenever you use LiveWith. :) I hope that alleviates your concerns.

Please let me know if You have any other questions!
Why only American English speakers? There native English speakers in other countries too. I do like the idea however, I would be interested in learning Spanish, Welsh and Chinese.
@ianmayman Good to know! We are based in the U.S. and in China, hence our first user groups are native English speakers in the U.S. and Chinese English learners. We do plan to expand to other languages in the future once we have traction with these two user groups.
I wonder if this of benefit to Amazon FBA sellers or is it more for those using dropshipping companies?
Hey @ianmayman! Right now, we are only supporting the US and are integrating with Shopify and smaller business that do their shipping in-house. Future product versions may grow to include Amazon FBA and global shipping!
Oh and I'm in the UK, so support for UK platforms is of interest.
I've read more and more 'IOT' devices are not very secure so hackers are increasingly targeting them instead of Windows PCs, mostly they are not hacking them to control them, but to use them as nodes in their botnets. So how secure is Smart Egg and more importantly your server that it connects to?
This sounds fantastic, although trains are expensive.
I have an iPhone, so how can I get updates on this without joining the beta? When is it planned to be on iPhone?
I'm interested in the idea of a work journal to keep track of what I've done, but really not keen on sharing it, that just seems like it could be bragging or empty... which I think could be motivating. I hope there is an option to keep it private and exportable to third party services, perhaps a text file or CSV.
@ianmayman thanks for the comment Ian! Everything is private by default, and you can toggle to share.
@jamesclift I see the website still says "Join the beta" 11 months after your Betalist debut, is the app no longer being developed?
This sounds a lot like Storj.io, except it's not open source. What are the key differences?
I'm a sole trader with no team and no clients (yet), but I do have projects I'm working on and wonder if this could be of value to me in the short-term as well as in the longer-term.
@ianmayman Hi there Ian. Glad you reached out :). I think Fiirefly can be of value for yourself and now we are working hard to make available as soon as possible an MVP version with core functionalities so that you could make an idea about the product and its utility. What do you say if you continue this conversation on twitter (or skype) and keep in touch?

Thanks,
Alin R. - Fiirefly
Trader Psychology is such an important and yet misunderstood part of trading, and getting it rights helps so many other areas of life. I look forward to this and will be sure to look at your sponsors.
Thank you @ianmayman for your comment and support. I couldn't agree more. As most people when I started trading I focused all my attention on learning trading strategies and learning as much as I could about the markets.
Only after I started to study trader's psychology (mostly thanks to Mark Douglas) I started to see consistent profits.
These quizzes we're making are going to be lot of fun and we hope to help lot of traders with their trading.
Cheers
Ivo
This is what I've been hoping for - an automated savings bot that works in the UK. :) I can't wait to see how this all works.
@ianmayman I guess you've seen Digit.co in US and been patiently waiting? If all goes to plan we'll be ready some time next week.
I wonder how many Casey Neistat wannabes want this?! I have too many extensions now but have installed this, now I am looking forward to the return of Casey even more!
I wish Betalist would tell me in the email which country a startup is from. Since this is based in the U.S, I'll bet it won't be in the UK anytime soon and maybe never outside of British cities.
@ianmayman Up Sonder has plans for international expansion by end of next year. We will bee there soon!
There's very little information on this. How is the data entered? Is it secure? Why don't I just choose the default note taking app instead taking up more space on my phone?!
@ianmayman thank you for pointing that out! I've updated the website with a bit more info.
I've never heard of the "React Native framework". I guess it makes registration via Facebook authorisation easier, but what other advantages are there?
@ianmayman so most of the advantages from react native are not related to Facebook at all. I've written a medium post to answer this very question:
https://medium.com/@JustinNothling/why-you-should-learn-react-native-3c1478e6d7f4#.rlxamsxi9
This looks fantastic, but perhaps only for teams. I wonder if I can use it for conversations with a specific Gmail tag(s).
@ianmayman
Hi Ian, thanks for your comment. The cool stuff with Patch it's that it is not only for team, you can collaborate with anyone even if they don't have the app. People that don't have Patch will receive a normal email as usual.

For now it will not work with Gmail tags.
This sounds like what I've been waiting for so long! Right now I'm needing to look for files in one Google Drive account, but haven't because the hassle of logging out of all of them, log in into the one I need to find the document, log out again, and then log in again to the ones I need.
@ianmayman We feel your logging-in-logging-out pain! Hold tight though - we will be in touch with your preview of Shift (via email) very soon. Can't wait to hear your feedback once you've had a chance to try it out!
What are the chances of using this service to get things in the UK - or at least delivered to the UK?
@ianmayman We are actually looking to operate in the UK as well in the very short term and will work closely with brands to meet the needs of the European market. Also, many of the brands on the site are based in the UK or Europe. But an idea that comes from your question is to make it easy for people to know which of the brands on the site ship internationally.
Will this be available and relevant for UK users anytime soon?
There's no mention at all of which account or account type I can add. Can I assume that this will like so many services in being available only to people in North America until long after the initial launch and promotion? I am in the UK.
I've no idea what Pandora is like, but I'm interested if this available outside North America.
@ianmayman Hey Ian, absolutely! Fyrno is available outside of North America! Where are you located?

Xiuqi
@xiuqi_cao I just realised I never replied to this from back in November 2016! I'm in the UK. I'll get the app later today and see what it can do.
It looks very interesting. It will be good if reminders are based not just on time, but also on location or device. Most articles I find on my computer, but usually, I prefer to read them on my iPad when I relax. This feature is also missing from all mail apps since Mailbox was killed off. I hope anything saved can also be tagged, and perhaps eventually feature text-to-speech.
@VAULTEQcom It seems to me like the downside to this is that you only have your passwords with you when you have the VaultEQ device with you, and what happens if you lose the VaultEQ device?
It sounds like a great product. Will or when will this work in the whole of the UK?
@ianmayman we hope to expand to the UK in 2017! We are refining our routing algorithm in California before we start to expand. Thanks for your interest!!
This sounds like Evernote's now ended "Clearly" Chrome extension (which I still use) or Safari's built in Reader. I'm interested in see how articles are displayed as these aforementioned features make reading articles so much easier. Is it only on iPhone? What about iPad and of course Android devices?
Thank you for your comment @ianmayman! It is going to be available for iPhone, iPad and Android devices. However, the website will be released first.
This looks fantastic. Will the results include the cast, perhaps pulled from IMDB? Thank you.
@ianmayman Yeah, sure. The results will include a lot of useful information about movies.
It sounds interesting, I wonder if it will ever be available in the UK. If it connects via Plaid, then I won't get my hopes up. Oh and my UK bank also emails and texts me notifications, just search for "Natwest Alerts". I hope the email access is read-only.
@ianmayman Hi Ian! 1 Absolutely, we have already checked out several banks in the UK and we want to be everywhere in the future, any bank that has a notifications works with Bankity.

2. Yess the email access is read-only.

Thanks for the interest in Bankity, we hope to hear from you again.
@martinezd082014 I've just registered my interest now. I would like to suggest in the future that there is an option for multiple email accounts linked to one Bankity account. This could be for addresses business and personal expenses, for expenses relating to different purchasing people in an organisation, each with their own address.
My guess is this USA-only, possibly due to the limitations of Plaid, and will be that way at least until long after the initial beta launch, by which time I will have forgotten all about it. I hope I'm wrong about this!
Interesting. I wonder how it is like Bitgym and how it is different. Also your beta sign up form may not be working 100%, it did work on my second attempt but there is no confirmation on the website.
@ianmayman The content and its impact on your workout is the main difference--BitGym currently provides tours using HD videos where your speed dictates how quickly you progress through that tour. The outcome is simulating an outdoor biking experience while indoors.

We want to go a step further than visuals or distractions with our game. In addition to making your cardio experience more entertaining and virtually transporting you out of the environment you are in, we want the game to structure and enhance your workout. Using collectibles and elements such as timed gates, objects that chase you, etc. players will be forced to speed up or slow down as they progress through the game. In this way our game can be fun, while also motivating you to workout harder through leaderboards, challenges, and multiplayer functionality in the future.
@ianmayman And thank you for letting me know about the sign up form--will make sure everything is fixed on that front ASAP

I'm planning to buy a VR Headset for my iPhone, it will be fantastic and more likely to be featured by Apple in the near future if it works with VR. Please ensure users own music can also be played if they prefer that.
It sounds interesting, however I wonder how many times I should follow the advice "Please refresh this page and try again" before I get a definitive result to my name reservation? Either the name is available or it's not, if it's not available is that because of some arbitrary rule?
@ianmayman got confirmation code sent to phone opened app, asks for confirmation SMS that never received! Can't do anything at all.... pretty poor if can't even start anything when confirmation invite code was sent to me already....
I eventually got a different result to my name reservation request, but I've still not given my contact info and I don't know if the different result means I've got the name I want, or someone else has.
@ianmayman thanks for trying Replika! If you reserved a name, you get a welcome SMS. Let me know if it worked out! Feel free to shoot an email to [email protected] with you Replika name and phone number - we will look into it. Thanks again!
@philip_dudchuk I've not been asked for my phone number. Is it for U.S phone numbers only? I'm not in the U.S, but I do have a U.S phone number.
@ianmayman Oh, you just need any active phone number where we can send a verification code. Try to use the one you have handy right now

This looks fantastic, I've put my name down, however I would like to at least a video of it in action, or maybe see it in person... I'm in London tomorrow if that helps!
Great to see RSS getting support. I'm interested in RSS apps suddenly following the demise of Mr Reader which is iPad, so I hope this will be on iPad and with a dark theme.
Dear @ianmayman
Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it.
Dark mode is on the way. A dedicated iPad app will come a few months after the iPhone app, and that is because we want to delivery the best user experience among devices. Stay tuned for more.
I'm happy to wait for the invite in December, but so many project management apps are for teams. Is your app of benefit to an individual working alone on personal and professional projects?
@ianmayman Hey Ian,

Shortly - yes. Beat is designed to handle any projects, and individual as well. For the last few months I've used it to organize two trips, car repair and some other small processes and it worked out. So don't hesitate to use it for your own needs and different cases. And it's be great to hear about your experience with handling your projects on the beat.

Cheers!
Is this exclusively to Amazon.com sellers? I want to sell there, but for now I sell only in Europe.
@ianmayman We support the following domains: .com, .ca, .mx, .co.uk, .de, .fr, .it, .es and .jp.
I hope I can use this in the UK, although I guess I'll need to use my U.S phone number, is that right? It would be amazing if it can connect to Amazon Alexa and Google Home who then reads back previous entries randomly or for a requested date.
@ianmayman

Currently in development but we should have it live soon - I'll try to make sure that UK numbers are okay. Right now, it looks like it shouldn't be a problem!

And great idea - that's the eventual goal!
This sounds interesting as I'm always giving advice for free despite rarely having any money, I hope a rating system will be included to help users create a reputation for good advice and filter out those giving bad advice.
@ianmayman Great shout Ian, this is on our feature list.

Have you applied for a widget? ;)
@asktinaio I looked, but I haven't applied because whilst I have a website, it doesn't prove or verify the value of my advice.
@ianmayman Sure, understood. Drop me a mail on [email protected] if you would like me to take a look :)

This sounds great. I think there are a couple of very similar services also in beta now. Do you know what would happen if more than one service syphoning money off into a savings account are used at the same time?! Is Mulalo registered with the FCA? Thank you.
@kimnflowers As far I know, it's harder to develop for the Android OS, partly due to so many variations, customisations and devices. So many apps on iOS first is one of the big reasons why I still prefer iOS, that and the fact I'm 'app-committed'. I'm looking forward to this app.
This sound fantastic! I imagine the app uses audiowaves that are stored in a database. I am curious to know if you have Blackadder, Eastenders or Only Fools & Horses in that database?
@ianmayman Great suggestions! Once you get 9 other users to request them we'll add them! (We want to make sure there's enough of a community so it's not too lonely for a newly added show!)
I'm not sure if I should register for this, I would like updates but I think not join the beta because it is US-based. What this means is what most people call local (within a few miles) is on the other side of the country based on my experience of other U.S based geosocial apps. I am in the UK.
@ianmayman Where about in the UK? WhatTuDu is working in London...
@ianmayman For now....looking to move into UK asap
Other than inviting people via other social networks to try this social network, does it work with other social networks? Can I send and receive messages with people on other networks? I'm asking because I don't otherwise see how I'll get to use it since most people are extremely reluctant to leave F******k!
Hi @ianmayman ,
Kenby is actually an MVP, but we are working to integrate the possibility to share posts on major social networks.

The real innovation of Kenby, is that every post is contextual and it has got an insight that improves your attributes organized in Mind, Body, Social.

"Kenby is the next generation social network that derives insights from the context of every post"

Thanks
Like so many things, it looks like Reply Yes may be exclusive to that usual country, but they have a Messenger bot, and with a third party service maybe I can use them to get some vinyl.
The 20% discount, low GBP/USD value, and British customs charges make it more affordable to buy at the full price on a trip to the U.S, and I'm interested! Does it use Bluetooth 4.0?
@ianmayman Thanks Ian! Yes, RokBlok does use a Bluetooth 4.0 module.
I love supporting UK startups and I'm interested in apps that help manage finances, but the UK-based financial chat bot niche is getting quite competitive and there's only so bots I need telling me how to spend/save money! I wonder what makes this service unique. It must be good to be nominated for an "Awwward".
It sounds amazing, almost too good to be true - which usually means it is, but I'm willing to take a look if it works in the UK, even better if it connects to HMRC.
Will it work outside the U.S?
@ianmayman sure. We integrate with third-party web ordering solutions that have restaurant clients. Where are you?
@michaelatkinson Perhaps you can connect to just-eat.co.uk and hungryhouse.co.uk :)

Why put this on Betalist after the Kickstarter campaign was cancelled? Also am I right to think this doesn't work with standard keyboard configurations and so requires buying a new keyboard from you on which I'll learn to play more effectively but won't be able to play on standard keyboards?
@ianmayman hi Ian thanks for your comment. It's just bad timing- we submitted our startup about a month ago and only got featured yesterday - in the meantime we cancelled our Kickstarter because we noticed we weren't going to make it. However, we are still working on this project and are thinking about launching a new campaign in the coming months.
To answer your question: DODEKA notation works with every instrument (including standard keyboards) but our new keyboard layout makes it easier and more intuitive to play. If you haven't done it, you can try it there http://www.dodeka.info/Play/
Cheers,
@DODEKA_music It seems to me like you ended the campaign prematurely. I looked at the link you gave but there are no instructions on that page, most times I pressed the wrong key.
@ianmayman yes it was perhaps prematurely - but we knew we could do better with more attractive and affordable rewards!

Here's a very short video that will help you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=szhNwuc7YdU Let us know it goes!

If only Facebook had maintained email to messenger system they had because chatbots would work so much better for it, such as if a link could be emailed to it. Perhaps you should make the suggestion to Facebook.
My first impression (before visiting your website) is that the light will be a distraction, especially at night.
Your assumption that giving my email my address means I want to buy is wrong, I only want occasional updates and news. I'm interested in buying, but not necessarily now, and that's because I don't have a car at the moment, so I'm not giving my email address.
@ianmayman Hi Ian, We're asking for the email address for newsletter purposes. We will not spam you.
The light is adjustable to the environment so you will not be distracted.

Thanks,

I've been using this for a little while and it's fantastic for articles I want to read later today, but not put into Pocket where it seems like I'll never get around to it. when the article is in my email, I usually do get around to it and this extension does a great job of formatting the article for email.

Usually, I don't give donations for software, but if I'm required to pay to use it, then this is one extension that I think I would pay for, maybe $5pa or $10pa.
@ianmayman Thank you, Ian. I am glad that you are finding it useful. If you have any comments or suggestions for improvement, drop me a note at bharani[at]emailthis.me. I'd love to hear your ideas.

Hello, I'm not sure if your website is responding when I enter my email address, there seems to be no change and no email from you has arrived. My email address is a UK address, not American, I don't know if that is deemed invalid.
@ianmayman Same, not sure if their form is working
This looks fantastic. Is it possible to designate unknown apps as being productive or unproductive? Using Facebook is generally unproductive, but some Facebook groups and pages are an important part of a business, so can those pages be whitelisted in some way?
@ianmayman Hi Ian, thanks for your question! You can create rules to assign those activities to custom projects (see https://timingapp.com/help/3-projects-and-rules), and then set the productivity rating of that project to productive - which will mark those activities as productive.
I suspect this will be U.S. only for a long time and that's reason to not register for the beta, but let me know if you support the UK.
@ianmayman Thanks Ian! It's only in the U.S. at the moment but we're working on launching it globally over the next year. Similar timeline for Android.
I love the dark theme, but I don't see what else makes it different from other Kanban services. Is it of any value to someone working alone (not in a team)?
@ianmayman Hi, I’m a developer at YouGile. The main feature is an ability to fully customize the workflow with integrated js editor inside the app.

By default YouGile looks like a mix of Trello + Slack, but it can be tweaked to meet needs of a particular team which is nice for bigger teams.
Lete me guess... exclusive to people in North America for at least the next two years?
@ianmayman We are currently offering offers in the US. However, there are travel deals through the app internationally.
I'm in the UK and don't expect it to work here because Plaid and Finicity both only connect to North American banks. However, I have loaned money (via Paypal) to friends in the U.S, could this app be used by them to send me money via Paypal to repay their debts?
I think unless I have those expensive Apple earbuds then app this would still require me to look at my phone. It's a good idea though. I have the Beeline cycling gadget for what they call "fuzzy navigation", but think it would be even better if an app like this vibrated one side of a belt to indicate direction, then you wouldn't need the headphones or the screen.
This sound interesting but it looks like there's no way for it to work with iOS games, unless there an option for honest self-reporting of usage - though that I'm not how effective that would be.
This sounds like a fantastic idea, but I rarely read Medium and generally have too much to read. I hope it can be applied or licenced to other apps and services.
This looks fantastic! I think I found it when it launched a year ago, which makes me wonder if it still being developed since there is no email login. How about a premium iOS app with CSV export or DayOne sync?
@ianmayman thank you :) Yes, we are working on a product. Email login is still In the development queue. :)
It looks very interesting, although I've not been able to confirm if the email subscription works. Does or will it use a built-in accelerometer and is connected to an app? How about adding something stronger than a vibration? Perhaps vibration to alert... but if slouching continues... then follow the example of Pavlok and deliver an electric shock!
Your newsletter subscription form doesn't seem to work. Either that or my UK email address is not American enough!
Is it exclusive to the U.S?
I wonder what is the long-term future of this app. I've wanted something like this for a long time, although it might be now too late since several big networks have an expiring post feature. However, it's from the UK so won't be just for Americans, and I'm willing to give it a go - so long as I can find others interested in listening!
Hola! I'm unsure of how this works, why it needs to connect to bank accounts, or how it will do that? Normally apps like this can only connect to American banks. The impression I get is that you enter your expenses and the app then calculates and predicts the cost of living in each country based on recent figures and the current exchange rate, is that right?
@ianmayman Hi Ian, thanks for the question. There are quite a few services that are already able to connect to your bank account in Europe, not only in the US. We're working with one of the leading company providing us with access to major financial institutions. We'll start in Europe and continue expanding worldwide later this year.
@iraqlee Thank you. Can I ask which company you recommend for European banks so that I can pass on this information to those American services that no longer connect to European banks?

Unfortunately, your answer doesn't answer my question about how your app creates the personalised forecast, please let me know. Thank you.
@ianmayman Hi Ian. The company we currently work with is called Yodlee.

Regarding the forecast – we use data from different public sources to collect information on the cost of living and then compare these numbers to your own transactions, creating projections of your expenses based on the difference between two cities/countries. Hope that helps.

I don't remember requesting beta access to Together and I have no emails from usetogetherapp.com anywhere in the relevant email account, but the site suggests I did request access, perhaps you can confirm.
I don't like the single supplement charge of about 20% more on top of the price. I would be more interested if you could get around this by working with travel partner services, or offer some kind travel partner feature yourself.
@ianmayman Thanks, it's a good idea, we will work on this.
Your sign up form says "Subscription Error: email: Email address blocked. Please refer to" No other information or explanation is given. The address is on a .com domain, not something to be unexpected.
It looks like you have the same problem on "4shops".
@ianmayman We are using aweber system for subscription. So, it is looking that your email address is blocked in their system. You can contact them directly on this issue, because we don't control that. Also, we just tested with another email and everything is working smoothly. https://www.screencast.com/t/1QyHHR83u9NZ

I hope it's available outside the U.S, I ask this about every U.S startup now. The idea sounds fantastic, I wonder if it can be used for a membership based site, I have a Google spreadsheet that I am considering developing into such a site.
@ianmayman Hi Ian! It's available everywhere.
Actually, 'sky is the limit', so you can turn a spreadsheet into any website you want. What's more - spreadsheet is the most versatile DB/CMS. Let me know what you are building and we will set you up :)
Does it work outside the U.S?
Is it worth trying your app outside the U.S?
I love this idea, and I'm sure it works in Europe (U.S. based apps often don't). However, it's not on iPhone and I see no way to sign up for notification of when it is available for iOS users.
@xiuqi_cao I just realised I never replied to this from back in November 2016! I'm in the UK. I'll get the app later today and see what it can do.
@jamesclift I see the website still says "Join the beta" 11 months after your Betalist debut, is the app no longer being developed?
These designs look fantastic, I doubt I need a CV for a while (if ever) but I'll come back and look again soon.
This sounds great initially, I'm sceptical but curious to see the features. I did however find a 404 error due to an "early access" page not being found.
@ianmayman Fancy seeing you here. This does sound great! :)
@ianmayman Thanks for your feedback! The page should be working fine. Are you still experiencing the issue?
@mailbutler All works now, subscription confirmed. I'm still unsure about Mailbutler. It looks like it unifies a number of services that are free such as IFTTT and a lot of the free email apps.

I don't need another app creating five more labels front and centre, so one thing important thing to me is that any labels that Mailbutler creates are organised as sublabels under the label "Apps" because I have so many labels. Alternatively, let me choose which labels to use.
@ianmayman Which labels do you mean? We didn't really get the point, sorry.
@mailbutler Sorry, I mean Gmail labels (folders).

This looks interesting and preferable to Slack which is mostly just for developers, coders, early adopters and startup founders. I'm involved in several business groups and chats, all of them share messages through Facebook, most of them only through Facebook - not Slack - so Facebook authorisation is absolutely necessary to get people using the app without having to register on yet another website.
It looks like the website is having problems. The "Join the beta" box after while display a white box with the message "We're sorry, this content cannot be displayed. Please try again later." Personally, I'm too busy to join the beta but I'm interested in notification of launch on the iOS app store.
@ianmayman, thanks for letting me know. I can't get that to happen, though. What browser are you using?
@RobCDontTweet I'm on Google Chrome Version 58.0.3029.81 (64-bit) on MacOS Sierra 10.12.6
@ianmayman, Weird. I just tried that and it worked fine for me. I wonder if something is being blocked on your end (firewall, etc)?
Very interesting. I work with a local community centre on their Wordpress website and they have regular events and I think they could certainly benefit from using your software. I'll be sure to take a closer look.
@ianmayman If you have any question send us an email at [email protected] We would be happy to go over how our calendar can help your community centre.
Could this be the 'routines manager' app I've been looking for? It definitely looks promising.
It looks very interesting. I think an option to unfriend/unfollow someone I don't recognise from these points of information after a few attempts would be good.

@chachafance I have been thinking one solution might be a subdomain with a default/catchall address, maybe if this will be better, but I'm sure it there will be a cost. For example, I could create a subdomain xyz123.example.com and with default address, then I just subscribe using [email protected] or whatever I want before @ sign. Generally, I don't have email problems apart from getting too many, although I do sometimes wonder if my address has been sold.
@ianmayman @Ian we thought about that approach too, but we discovered that it's more simple from a technical perspective to setup multiple single purpose domains, if you're curious about our technical approach, feel free to DM me on Twitter and I will be happy to explain out approach :)
@csergiu_ro I've followed you, can't DM unless you follow me. I imagine your service will be useful to people unfamiliar with domain configuration. I look forward to seeing if it will be useful for me.
@csergiu_ro Whilst my suggestion above might work, I imagine your service is much easier for people not familiar with web hosting software.
I'm sceptical. It looks like a good space saver and a great way to offer many ways to send a message, but for Facebook alone, which almost everyone uses, there is the Facebook social plugin. I would like to see a demo or video of it working without having to create an account in order to send a message.

It sounds very interesting, but I exclusively use Google Sheets, not Excel. I use Google Sheets partly because it's free and partly because of live currency conversion. I hope it will one day be possible to connect to Google Sheets.
Hi @ianmayman, Calcapp is "for Excel users" in the sense that we have worked hard to ensure that the interface and the formulas make sense for people used to Excel. Almost 250 of the formula functions we support work in exactly the same way as Excel's functions, meaning that you don't have to relearn anything if you know how to, say, calculate the interest on a loan using Excel.

Now, Google Sheets can obviously make many of the same claims in regards to being compatible with Excel, and that means that if you're used to Google Sheets, using Calcapp should be very straightforward.

There's more information on our blog, if you're interested. We redid the way our formulas work a year ago to make them more similar to Excel's formulas: https://www.calcapp.net/blog/2016/06/02/formula-syntax.html

Also, we don't yet support importing spreadsheets directly (though copy-and-pasting formulas usually work fine): https://www.calcapp.net/blog/2017/03/08/import.html
This looks fantastic. I see you're also UK based, but after looking at the screenshots I feel I should ask will you cater for the UK market with £GBP and to meet the expectations of UK business lenders wanting to see a business plan? Perhaps also with permitted access such as for an accountant, solicitor, and company secretary to review the plan? Personally, I don't expect to borrow money, I only want it for myself and I wonder how much that would cost for a one user account.
@ianmayman , thank you so much for your feedback. this is kishor and i am product representative.
As you have asked, we are having nice permission matrix feature where you can assign plan read/write/download accesses to any one(investor, accountant, company secretary etc.) .
As we know entrepreneurs are working hard to bring their idea into reality, we decided to provide a free business plan writing feature with to the any numbers of invites.
I rarely read books but want to get back into reading books again. Maybe this is the answer. The website doesn't say much at all, so I wonder how it differs from existing rival services.
This sounds interesting, will a digital copy be available to buy - perhaps as a PDF? I would like to see the explanations myself to see if I feel it will be understood by others, especially the explanations for the definition of decentralisation and for what is the blockchain. I would love a version that is in the entry level book format.
@ianmayman Hello Ian. There will be a digital version for purchase very soon through Indiegogo OnDemand. Will update you as soon as it goes live :)
Is it just me or does this seem more appropriate for Facebook than Slack? I've not used Slack much, but as far I know, Slack is for product development and feedback. Is that why it\s on Slack - because it's still being developed and you're needing feedback?
@ianmayman That's definitely part of it! Also the opportunity to see it in action in a group environment, and the fact that startup/techies are receptive to this kind of thing. A Quibble shouldn't be any more distracting than an office pet. :)
This sounds fantastic and that I am very likely to upgrade for premium features when I go travelling, however, I prefer to have control of my data. What I would most like to see is a Wordpress plugin to use your service to publish content to my WordPress website. I've decided to register since I can't just sign up for a newsletter, but I still have no idea what the premium features are, but I'm assuming there's no Wordpress plugin.
Hey @ianmayman, there is a WordPress plugin:
You can display your map on your website but the data is still hosted on TravelMap for now.
Premium features are described here:
I was going to say this looks good, but it seems the service has been silent since November 2016.
@ianmayman not really, we had a pivot to b2b for a while, but the service actually kept running. If you now access flykt you'll find our inspirational engine working fine, although we are not accepting bookings.
It sounds fantastic. I'm interested, but hope I won't get emails every week with offers when I won't actually be travelling for at least another six months.
Also I see it's U.S. based, so I wonder if it will even be at all relevant to me in the UK?
@ianmayman We are US based. However, one of our founders is Australian, hence the travel app ;) . From day 1, there will be deals in the app going to and from all major regions in the world, including the UK.
@ianmayman Hi Ian, you definitely won't be! We're a mobile app first and you can disable and enable how we communicate with you whenever you like. With our unique channels, you can personalize which country of origins and destinations you want to be notified about. We're all about personalization.
Also I see it's U.S. based, so I wonder if it will even be at all relevant to me in the UK?

This sounds great, but before I spend time as I often do only to find I can't use the service, let me first ask is it for the U.S only? I'm in the UK. Also is the total calculated amount used to buy some cryptocurrency every month or week?
@ianmayman we have UK support but it's still in Beta. You can set it to daily, weekly or monthly investments.
This looks fantastic, although a planner like this does require some commitment and so many planners and journals like this launching in the past year makes such an important decision even harder to make. Having said,

Neuroplanner looks like it is high quality and well designed, although the marketing seems to focus on the cover far more than on the value created by the benefits of using the product. Some examples of what to write in the planner would be useful.
@SHalloranNCL Thanks Shane for saving me some time, it's always assumed only Americans will read the promotion. For U.S service-based startups, I now often ask if it's U.S only before even looking at the website.
@smithjamey The unfortunate thing is by mid-2018 all the promotion here will be over, so I will forget about Kalleo unless I'm willing to have six months of emails that are relevant only to Americans.
Is it for flights leaving or inside the U.S only or will it imminently be relevant to "internationals" like me? I don't want six months of emails if it's only relevant to Americans for that period of time.
You said, "every new thing that is being started on the internet"? There are new startups and products launching every day, and that's just on Betalist! It will be interesting to see just how you present, organise and filter these new things.
Oh and either your email subscription form isn't working at the moment, or the "error" message I received is because a .co.uk email address isn't considered valid, I tried it a couple of times.
Oh and either your email subscription form isn't working at the moment, or the "error" message I received is because a .co.uk email address isn't considered valid, I tried it a couple of times.
This does look interesting and promising, however, I've used a couple of similar apps (including one that is shutting down this week) and never really used them much, instead I keep using a task manager instead of using a planner. Task managers are great for lists but not so much for planning, I wonder if this could be the planner that works for me.
I like it and have followed you on Twitter, but I was hoping it might be comparable to your big rival, or better, but it's got some way to go achieve that level.
@ianmayman Hi Ian and thank you for your feedback! Please feel free to what kind of new features you would like too see on LiveMarketCap ?
@livemarketcap I suggest looking at your rival for some ideas and improving on them, for me the main thing I would like in a minimalist portfolio feature. There are quite a few portfolio apps now, but not many with all the live prices that you have.
@ianmayman Sorry for a mistake.
* What kind of new features you would like too see on LiveMarketCap ?
I like the look of it but there is much emphasis on teams that I can only assume it will offer little to no value to an individual working alone, not part of a team.
@ianmayman - This is true, we put a lot of emphases on team. But out of all the users, there are more individual users right now. So I believe they see some value in it :) And soon we will have features like Public URL. Then you can share with friends or customers easier too.
This is fantastic! I feel like I've wanted this for so long! I know there are apps and services that incorporate similar features, but they all seem to cost too much and offer far more than I need. This is the basics of what I need in a Gantt chart task planner. I've added it to my Bookmarks Bar, so I'll be back soon and I look forward to future developments.
How about adding Amazon Music?
Yes @ianmayman, it is plan to be added later this year.
I like the site and the idea behind it, but having just created an account, I will say the sign-up form could be clearer on where to click to submit the form.
@livemarketcap I suggest looking at your rival for some ideas and improving on them, for me the main thing I would like in a minimalist portfolio feature. There are quite a few portfolio apps now, but not many with all the live prices that you have.
This is fantastic! There are a few high profile timezone websites, but none as simple or minimalist as this, just search and add the location!

The event creation looks great too, but it would be good if it could be expanded a little to include multiple dates and locations for arranging an event, and for this data to be saved through an associated Google account and in cookies for those that refuse to link an account. Please note European compliance requires requesting permission from European users to store cookies.

I think the Chrome extension will also be very useful for online events where promoters only ever give U.S timezones.
The problem with productivity apps is the problem of choice, there are too many to choose! This one does looks interesting, though I don't yet use calendar based task management.
I want to like this, but I already have a brilliant course on trading. What I will say is that I really hate the icon. I mean... who wants to tap on Donald Trump every time?! From the screenshots, he seems to be throughout the app, and it's not U.S company!
Hi Felipe, are the monthly visitors across all websites or is there a limit to how many websites they can be on? Can an editor of one site edit another site?
This is disappointing. Soon after it launched I registered and redirected my website URL to it. It went offline 11th March 2018 without any notice or explanation then or since and is still offline now a week later. I won't be back.
I already have a lifetime account from a rival service with more options but which I think isn't quite as minimalist and quick as this, and at this price, I'm considering getting pro on this too!
Are there rules such as minimum characters for each message sent and a maximum number of messages to each recipient per week or month? If not, then how is it different from a chat app? If there are rules like this, then users will make an effort to get more into each message and it will be more like pen pals.
@ianmayman There are a few requirements, including minimum character length before being able to send a new letter. Also, all new letters are filtered through proprietary tools (including A.I.) to prevent abusive/offensive content before it ever hits our platform.
I know this was featured on Betalist two weeks ago, but I've read an article about this app from 2010! So I guess it's not in beta!
@ianmayman We released a paid MVP version of Pen Pals in 2009 (In fact, we were hand-picked and featured around the world on the App Store!), but this is a completely new version of the Pen Pals platform built from the ground-up, with a ton of new features, including Community Management to help keep our platform safe and friendly.
I tried to register but your Captcha needs updating before registration is possible.
I don't see how this better than a secure password manager subscription with a shared passwords feature, all for a fraction of the price you're asking.
@ianmayman Thanks for the feedback! A lot of it comes down to your needs. We built this for agencies who might regularly work with many freelancers, one-off contractors, and clients in the same project. Can you accomplish the same thing with another password manager? Sure - but it will take more effort. Usually more effort than most people are willing to make, or adding security vulnerabilities to their company and the clients they work with (sharing a single LastPass account, or sharing every credential from every client with a single content writer).
@CalebJTSmith LastPass is only $2 per month. I guess your service is better value with 11 or more clients - and far easier to manage, assuming you're paying for your subscription and theirs. So I'm interested in trying it out.

Personally, I use 1Password because it considers data such as Passports, Reward Programs, and Software as separate data types, along with the usual types of data that others support. I don't know if that would be relevant to clients needs, but do you or will you support these types of data separately?

BTW, you should make that homepage video playable full-screen especially as it's so easy to do it in a new tab with a right-click in Chrome.
@ianmayman Thanks again for the feedback! I actually never considered a full-screen playback.. I'll add that to my backlog!

We are looking into supporting more dynamic inputs, like what you mentioned above. Essentially, we would have "Credentials" where we are able to autofill using our browser extensions, and then open ended listings where you can add custom fields. From what we have discovered in our user testing, most of the users don't generally receive credit card information or other confidential information that is to be shared beyond one person. A client manager may receive a credit card number for inputting into AdWords, but it's never to be seen again. Of course - ElePass should replace password managers for all of the agency staffers (ideally), so it's on our roadmap!

Feel free to reach out to me directly through Twitter if you want to continue the conversation more in-depth. I'm always happy to talk about the platform and how it can be improved.
@CalebJTSmith The video at the moment is a bit too small to see what's going on, that's why I want it full screen.

Also on the free account at least one client would be good so as to test it properly beyond the free trial. Personally I have one non-paying 'client' (voluntary work) and a two prospective paying clients soon as a result of that work.

I've registered now, I assume emails will be coming introducing and extolling the features. I'll be back soon to try them out properly.
@ianmayman You have full access in our trial! Create as many clients as you would like and invite people to the platform to test it out (even if it's just yourself). Feel free to reach out if you have any questions and thanks for trying it out!
The Education Centre and Training Centre sounds like it could be good, but you only get that by spending at least $99 every month. As for the rest of it, it's free to find opportunities on Clickbank and the page-builder and blog tools are free with Wordpress and many other services. So, I'm sceptical about this.

This is an old idea that has been going for years, but I like the sound of this version. Can I choose the currency before I send so as to give in the recipients preferred currency? How is money collected by the recipients and what happens to the money if it's not collected? Thank you.
@ianmayman Thanks for the feedback; we know there are some alternatives out there, but we really wanted to focus on ease-of-use, multi-platform compatibility, tipping, no-commitment and flexible payment options. Glad at least some of these value propositions spoke to you!

Yes, you can choose your currency. By default, it is set to the one that has a positive balance, but you can change that at any time by clicking on the extension and going into "Preferences." From there, you can select your Active Currency (the default currency that you send with) and the amount you want to send per button click (in USD).

The funds are automatically transferred to the recipient's Worthyt Account and available for withdrawal. If the user doesn't have a Worthyt account, we will send them a message after their account accumulates a balance of $3 or greater. If after a year the money is not collected, it goes to the platform.

Hope this answers your question!

Best,
Kenny
It sounds great, does it work in the UK? Also your website isn't working at the moment.
I love the name! I want to brick my phone, but only for a short while!
@gobricknow I'm not sure if this is necessary for me, but I've registered anyway, my score is 48. Messages I get from friends and family are easily manageable.

The vast majority of messages I get are automated app notifications, Facebook group notifications (which I have properly under control) and by far it's mass marketed emails from people who appear to assume I have nothing to do besides reading their emails, and sometimes they assume I must be an American because I speak English. I thought earn.com to be the solution, but most marketing email address are "no reply" and also they on rare occasions send me something that needs to be read.

Sometimes alongside the constant marketing messages and webinar invites, I get an email that does need a quick response. To combat this, I regularly unsubscribe from lots of email newsletters when I have a go at catching up.

I guess I'll see soon enough if Brick will make any difference.
@ianmayman Sounds like you have a great handle on your notifications, and unsubscribing from emails that don't serve you are a great solution for saving time in the long-term. However, even without notifications distracting us, we have found that many of us distract ourselves with impulses to check out phones, often in subconscious moments of stress (I can't finish this essay!) or boredom (this video is too long!). We also tackle people's own impulses by incentivizing Brick Time, which is a daily ritual of at least an hour a day with your phone in airplane mode.

If you'll be emailing me more than once a week (preferably once a fortnight), then you'll be part of the problem, not the solution.
@ianmayman We email monthly (or less) with our phone-free event invites.
I like the idea. For some reason I kept thinking it’s for Facebook Messenger an that is where I would find this to be most helpful by far.
This looks fantastic! I do however wish I could get started for free. Perhaps ten snippets and no sharing, or at least a free trial period. If I sign up, I expect it to be on the annual plan, but I don't have the money for that right now.
This looks great, but I wonder if it is for cryptotraders outside the U.S? I thought I should ask instead of my usual ten minutes of looking at an app until I find "U.S only".
@ianmayman The current live version only supports calculating gains in USD but our next update will have support for users outside of the US!
@CryptoTraderTax It looks good so far, though there are some display problems on mobile such as headings on Reporting Overview on the dashboard. I hope you’ll add Kucoin too. I’ve created an account so as to get notified when you do support other currencies (I use GBP).
I can imagine this going viral as it sounds like fun!
@ianmayman Thanks Ian! What I like most about it is that it's amazing how people are happy to hum songs for everybody to hear. The app currently has more than 2k registered users, but it recently dropped in activity due to my lack of updates to the app. It seems that the Play Store ranks apps better when they get regular updates. I'll try to find some time to develop the app more 🙌
Is it U.S only? I thought I'll ask instead of my usual ten minutes look at an app before finding no indication of relevance outside the U.S.
@ianmayman Hi Ian,

Yes, Fundra is available internationally and supports over 135+ currencies!

Oh and the introductory tutorial isn’t very clear on mobile as it covers the area it refers to.

I’m using my phone because I was expecting to install an app. Maybe that’s coming later.
@ianmayman Thanks for the feedback Ian! The tool is meant mainly for desktop use as create a tax report involves a great deal of exporting trade history from exchanges and uploading files.

KuCoin recently supported the exporting of trade history and we will be adding it soon :)
I've been using Wirex for over a year. They are fantastic and better value than other ways for buying cryptocurrency. If only they could do something about the cryptocurrency bear market!
It looks good, but where is the request to be notified of when it's on iOS? That there is a missed opportunity to build a mailing list. I was going to like the Facebook page but there's no content... that's another missed opportunity.
One feature I need that I can’t find in any app is the option of repeating every X minutes or hours, ever 1 day is always the minimum. Does this app allow repeating reminders more frequent than days - every X minutes or hours?
@ianmayman unfortunately the app doesn’t support that amount of granularity, since it’s governed by the system APIs.
This looks fantastic, and it's great to find a UK-based service! I was thinking it would be good if there were some stats based on the number of emails delivered, average time to read an email, and how often they are checked.
Hey @ianmayman, thanks so much for the feedback! Those are really great suggestions. Would definitely help people understand how email is impacting their working week. Would also like to see a breakdown of that by weekday / weekend. We'll add this to the list and see what we can do.
@adiosHQ Thanks for your reply. I've been looking for your app and couldn't find it despite searching for "email" in Betalist over the weekend. I'm not sure if the app is working or not it, I've got in on my most active email account and everything still seems normal.

@showbox2018 That's a video streaming app. The fact you lied makes me want to avoid you even though I'm working more in video.
Infinity looks great, but I'm not going to sign up to a free trial without knowing if it is within my budget, so where's pricing?
@ianmayman Hey there Ian!

Thanks for the kind words!

Infinity will be free during the Early Beta stage.

Once we enter the Alpha/Full version, it will also be free for up to 5 members, but will feature two paid plans, as well: Business ($9 per user/month) and Enterprise (for large organizations and enterprises, $21 per user/month).

Full pricing details will be released in the upcoming weeks, so stay tuned for the updates and announcements in any of our social media channels, or on our Community forum: https://community.startinfinity.com

We hope to see you there!
Why does the domain name expire in less than one year?!
This looks great and what there is so far works, although for a collaborative app it looks like a lot still needs to be done on sharing and permissions, for example how does a second person access the project details and what can they see? Do they need my login?
@ianmayman thanks for the comment. It is very important for us to know what users think of our product. You can share the project by passing the link (read only). Shared access for editing is now in development and will be published later.
It all looks fantastic, and the customer service was fast and brilliant in answering almost all my questions. I found the Betalist discount code isn't valid. Is it just not valid because of the Christmas offer? When does the Christmas offer end? Will the Betalist code be valid at a later date? Will renewal pricing be the standard pricing? Thank you.
I like that you have a waitlist and are aware of people in other countries, although I hope I won't get dozens of emails before there is a place near me, there is a community centre local to me that I hope will host a space.

I think connecting with a service like Meetup would help to kickstart interest in a specific area. I think the alternative is localised ads on social networks, but that would take significantly more admin time for you.
@ianmayman haha don't worry, deffo no emails until Hotspots open in your city! That's why we're collecting people's cities / countries when they sign up for an invite, so we don't spam people continuously as we roll it out globally. Awesome idea about Meetup - we actually already sponsor all the StartupBlink MeetUp groups for their local meetups in 100+ cities around the world, hadn't thought about tapping into that. Just emailed them to make something happen - cheers for the tip!
This looks fantastic and fairly easy to use. However, I've not found a way to subscribe to a customised calendar, is that coming later? Also there is no way to add a coin to favourites, it appears only specific events can be added to favourites, so I can't favourite a coin (such as crypto/MCO or Covesting/COV) that have no listed upcoming events.
I worked out how to favourite specific coins, but I see no sign of a subscribe option which I would expect to find the on the events page.
I worked out how to favourite specific coins, but I see no sign of a subscribe option which I would expect to find the on the events page.
I never realised Clearscore was featured on Betalist! I find it's the clearest and easiest to use service of its kind, I also prefer the name over their nodding competitor!
I must be missing something... what is a "standup"?! I thought it was a type of comedian!
There are so many task manager apps, so any task manager app today will have to be exceptional and well funded to survive long-term, still I'll give this a go.
"The world's first web events company" sounds unlikely, but whilst there are many events online, I think maybe this statement true, at least for online networking events! It will be interesting to see how it develops.
What am I supposed to do with this?! I worked out I can drag the heart to the top or bottom picture, then the picture changes. How many times must this be done? Am I supposed to pick a preferred picture?! It's a mystery!
@ianmayman Thanks for you question. This is actually explained in one sentence before starting the test:

"You will see two images at a time. Swipe the heart to the one that best shows who you are. The test will take a couple of minutes."

Wasn't this clear to you or didn't you read it?
@gijsheerkens I some see so many notices and popups, most them asking me to accept cookies or enable something, and sometimes I'll just skip through it without realising. Maybe that's what happened here.
I would have thought a free account would lower frequency of emails. Most people get enough emails as it is, so converting leads should involve less emails, right?! I would think someone on a low budget won't need an email every single day.
@ianmayman Thanks for the feedback and we totally agree with you. Once we wrap up the beta we will enable daily, weekly, and perhaps monthly delivery options. We chose to launch the beta with daily email delivery to gauge our ability to handle high traffic loads. Our current projections show us daily email delivery will be the least popular option. We are also working on other delivery methods outside of email. If you have any other thoughts or suggestions just let us know!

I don't know why I have connect to Reddit which I rarely use. A browser extension tells me the most recent time I visited Reddit was 16 days ago.
@ianmayman Currently we are only generating reports for Reddit. If you want to see how your Reddit posts are doing than Readable Report would certainly be useful to you. If you would like other reports for some of the other services you use you'll, unfortunately, have to wait a bit. We are currently implementing Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Pages, Facebook Groups, Twitter, and Google Analytics. If you have any other questions or suggestions just let us know. Thanks!
It's disappointing to see this is no longer available.
This sound great, definitely something I'll have a go with for keeping notes and ideas, but you should know that the words "fanny pack" always raises a few smiles in the UK!
@ianmayman Thanks for the heads up! Had no idea.
@ianmayman Thanks for the heads up! Had no idea.
I don't see the value added from this when the same thing can be done from so many email apps. I think the domain name would be better for a calendar scheduling app for busy people.
@ianmayman Hey Ian, indeed, Inbox does it, Spark, Outlook and BlackBerry hub too. The difference is that when you delay a message in one of those apps, it's only in this app.
Meaning that, for instance, you delay it on your phone, you'll get it back on your phone.
Personally, I delay a lot when I'm on my phone (the metro) because there is an attachment or something that I prefer to read later on my computer (in Thunderbird).
I could do with a comparison of language apps like Duolingo, Flowlingo, Babbel, LingQ, Rosetta Stone, and many more. Will services like these be included?
This sound like just what I'm looking for if it works in the UK. Having to organise packaging for shipping is an unwanted challenge and an obstacle to selling the odd occasional item online.
I find most clients reluctant to sign up for more services, so I hope there is the option of a publicly accessible link that is hidden from search engines and known only to those with the link.
@ianmayman Thanks for your cryptic comment. Can you explain further?
Mailing lists like this make me wonder why those marketing to the list aren't just buying the domains themselves.
This does sound interesting, but is there or will there be an intelligent auto-schedule feature like that seen in Sorted3? I think that is a fantastic feature of Sorted3, the only problem is there's no web app and no plans for one.
@ianmayman Not anytime soon. A large part of the procrastination and focus benefits of Day Optimizer come from consciously deciding and committing to what you're going to do today. Auto-scheduling is definitely easier, but reduces the cognitive commitment, and with it, many of the cognitive benefits.

If auto-scheduling works for you, but Sorted3 doesn't have what you need, check out SkedPal and Focuster, which both will automatically create a schedule for you.

For the foreseeable future, Day Optimizer is aimed at people who want to consciously be deciding what to work on each day, rather than having an algorithm decide that. I'm definitely working to make that process more streamlined, but it will remain a manual process.
I like the idea, any idea of when or even if it will be available in the UK?!
@ianmayman We will look to expand internationally shortly after our US release.
There is no pricing information and I'm reluctant to give anything a go if I don't know how much it will affect my budgeting.
Is it U.S only for the next six months to a year? No point getting emails if I can't use the service! I'm in the UK, and I have Amazon Prime but not Netflix.
@ianmayman Hi Ian, thanks for taking an early look at 10 BLOCK. Yes we are only in the US this year. If you want to stay on the list, we'll be further segmenting our email notifications so you can be alerted to a launch in the UK later, right now they're geared toward US users.
As someone averaging 31 hours per week, I know it doesn't lead to increased productivity and higher job satisfaction if the hours worked are unsociable - something which I have little say over in my current job.

That aside, I think this is a fantastic concept. It would be good if the job listings showed the estimated number of hours required and if they could be filtered by country because I'm not keen on a 3000+ mile commute!
@ianmayman thanks for the comments! Those are great ideas, thanks. I'm planning to revise things and make many improvements in a v1 release hopefully soon.
Maybe there's a massive demand, but the sign up page is failing to load at the moment. This definitely sounds like something I would like. However, there's no email newsletter that I can see, and I wouldn't need the service until sometime after the free trial period has ended.
@ianmayman Hi Ian, we did have a connectivity problem with our cloud. To avoid incidents like this in the future, we're setting up an alternative location in TX, US.

You can actually continue using free plan for one user after the trial period ends.
This is just fantastic! I've seen several planning apps, but from first impression this beats them all. It's so intuitive as well. For now I only need it for myself, but it's so good that I'm inspired to find people to delegate to and work with!

I hope that projects can individually be shared to which myself or a client can subscribe in their calendar if they don't which to create an account. I see I can connect to the Google and Outlook calendars, though Busy hasn't - at this time - been verified by them. I imagine some people might prefer a vertical timeline for each day, perhaps this can be achieved through the calendars. It would be good if more than one Google/Outlook/Apple calendar could be connected for personal and work projects.
I'm not sure if this is relevant to me because it's a U.S based financial app, but it looks like all that would be needed to make it relevant is to change a currency symbol. I like what I see so far.
This looks fantastic, almost too good to be true. Like most product introduction videos, I found the video to be ok but too fast to really understand the product. Anyway, I've set up a free account and if i use it regularly then it is sure to pay for itself with the success of my projects.
@ianmayman Dear Ian, thank you very much for you kind words. I would like to let you know that since last August, Lumeer grew up a bit. Would you consider looking again and giving us your feedback? We can enable you a Business plan for free for the time of the ongoing crisis to help you organise your work. Cheers!
I've got a few apps for mediation and mindfulness, but I do like the simplicity of this app focusing on just three exercises. When I'm tired or stressed, I don't want to look through dozens of recordings. Less is definitely more!
Hmmm.... I'll take a look, but there's a lot of competition from similar apps and this doesn't look that different. It does look good though.
This looks great, but I don't know if the price will be within my budget, can't find you on Facebook, and there's no newsletter/announcement subscription option.
@ianmayman Hi Ian, there will be a free version with a limitation on the number of nodes that is possible to create, a limit of the number of diagrams and a total upload size limit. Possibly some limitation on features like integration with Slack.
There will also be a standard version with all features and a price somewhere between 5 and 10 EUR per month. We will soon add the price plans and included features to the home site, docstell.com.
I thought about not bothering to look at the site just because you're U.S based, it's usually a waste of my time. I found nothing from a quick look about it working only in the U.S, so does it only work in the U.S such as with U.S phone networks?
This sounds interesting, but what if I only tip once a month and I want it to be just $2? How would the creator be notified if they don't yet have an account? What if the tip is for someone who wrote an inspiring and highly informed Facebook post?
@ianmayman Thanks for the feedback! Would a $5 subscription work (rather than a one time $2 tip)? It seems like most users have several if not dozens of things to tip per month, and the value of the subscription model is that you set your budget upfront while also making it really easy to tip.
@BrainCore A $5 subscription would be preferably and better suit my budget, although I think the majority should go to the creators with a minimum $1 tip and that is usually more than I get for a tip in my job. Of course if I see lots of creators saying "tip using Intertimes" and want to tip them, then I will upgrade my subscription.

This is interesting and similar to what I'm doing with a complex spreadsheet where I enter a number between 1 and 10 for every hour between 9am and midnight whereby each number is a different activity.

My daily aim is four hours working on life goals, but I rarely achieve it. My spreadsheet tells me that my peak time is between 5pm and 9pm, although I think that's because I'm scoring activity and my paid work activity is mostly at those times.

The question is a bit of a 'chicken & egg' situation...! Will it actually make a difference or will it just tell me some stats based on how I feel? How I feel is likely determined by factors such as what time I am required to work and what time I sleep, but will it tell me if the hours I'm working are right for me or simply reflect how I feel because of my activity?

I think either way that this is worth a go to see if it helps at all.
@ianmayman Hey Ian, thanks so much for the comment. This is exactly why we created the app. One of our co-founders was trying to track their Ultradian rhythm with a complex spreadsheet and we figured there must be an app for it--we were surprised to find that there weren't really in. So we decided to build it!

The goal of the app is to help you get a better understanding of what is affecting your rhythms so that you can better plan out your days/weeks depending on when you know you're going to be the most productive. Right now we are working on integrating with other apps so we can correlate your data with things like fitness, sleep, meditation, and any other apps you will be using.

Please feel free to shoot us an email at [email protected] if you have any beta feedback! We will probably be sending out a survey soon as well :)
I'm sceptical as I've seen lots like this where it's just a webpage (on a domain I don't own) with a mini-resume and some links. Still I'm up for giving it a go and seeing how it works.
Sounds interesting. I'm just just getting started with information marketing and using marketing funnels. I'm glad you offer a free account so I can sign up now get to know the app, receive your emails (I hope no more than once a week) without having to budget for it before I'm ready.
Thanks @ianmayman . Feel free to reach out over the on-site chat if you need any help or advice on how to setup your sales funnel and marketing campaigns.
This sounds promising but it appears to be all about the host rather than a group, and appears to not allow guests to suggest their preferred dates and times, I hope this could be done via an access link that is emailed to them. I guess in time you'll monetise it with be a premium offer with more features.
Free with no ads sounds like a recipe for disaster... how will you pay costs?! I guess there will be ads from YouTube though. It sounds a bit like Mappable.com (but without the map) which also used YouTube for the audio but which now appears to no longer function, presumably as they weren't making money.
@ianmayman when we refer to no advertising we mean advertising between songs, such as Spotify, etc.

We'll put in a future visual advertising (1 or 2 banners of small dimensions) that is not annoying for the user, We also accept to be invited to a coffee or beer 😜

We are also users of other apps and we don't like invasive advertising and for this reason Freefy will not include invasive advertising.
It's great to find a UK startup, and first impression is great. It feels impossible to find a good domain name for online work, but some good .com's have been found, I confirmed a domain is available... unfortunately the asking price for the domain is £13,000 ($17,000). Second available domain I tried was in fact unavailable.

I think it would be better if more than one word could be used and if premium domains could be excluded, or at least those with a price above £100.

Also how about including new generic TLDs? There' about 800 so perhaps the user can type in the one they want. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Internet_top-level_domains#ICANN-era_generic_top-level_domains
@ianmayman Hi Ian!
This is less of a startup and more of a side-project for me. But I'll be steadily improving the availability check over the coming weeks.

I'll be adding synonyms soon, which should bump up the combinations and possibilities quite a lot. I'll also be adding a premium tag on premium ones so that the user knows before clicking on them. Unfortunately, premium domains often go for different prices on different sites, so It'll be hard to check prices beforehand. I've recently added a dropdown with almost all TLD's, Its available for selection inside the advanced filters panel.

Thanks for the feedback! Cheers.
I like it, and I especially appreciate the inclusion of example data. It reminds me of Google Keep, except it has folders - but not tags, not in December 2019 anyway. However, it was only after I signed up that I was shown pricing, which fortunately is affordable (even on a low income), although I doubt I'll have enough need for it the next seven days but I'll see what i can do.
This looks great. Personally I use 1Password (which has never been hacked) and I only need to remember how to unlock it. It seems Pepperword requires me to remember the password to unlock the login, in the demonstration video it's "123" for Twitter. Is that password along with some data of the service being accessed used to generate something unique? If so, does that mean the example "123" password could be used with multiple services?
@eric_bae This sounds fantastic! i found it after it was featured in the betalist digest yesterday, but sadly the site is offline due to a 500 error (Internal Server Error). Hope you can fix this!
@ianmayman Ah! Sorry! Should be fixed now. Thank you for letting me know!
I think the idea is fantastic as the qualifying restriction gives buyers confidence of the skills of the person carrying out the task for them whilst also incentivising people to improve their skills. I feel like this business model could and may be copied by others.
This looks fantastic and more detailed than anything I've seen before, although it does make me wonder what the pricing structure will be. I hope there will be a free tier with one or two sites, and not just a free trial that starts when it suits you rather than me.
How do I register? I've 'successfully' completed registration three times, no verification or welcome email has arrived in any part of my email account, and attempts to login all fail.
@ianmayman First of all really sorry for the inconvenience. Let me know email id so that I can fix the issue. You can mail us at [email protected] or you can live chat us on our website .
@ShubhamspawN, here's the result of my email to you:- "Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email."

This looks great, except the email newsletter subscription appears to not work at the moment.
@ianmayman thanks! Can you please describe the issue in more detail?
@ad31mar I enter my email address and click "subscribe". The result is no confirmation message, no verification email, just instead a section of the webpage changes to say "Page not found Go back and try again?". There is no more specific information or errors than this.

This all looks fantastic! Just a couple of things I'll add, add a sign up link at the end of the tutorial. Also now that I have signed up by email (which I always prefer), I can find no option to connect to existing calendars such as Google Calendar.
@ianmayman hi Ian, thank you for kind words, they bring warmth to my heart!
Yes, that's a good call on sign up links.
Calendars integration is a good call as well. It's in my stack already, many people ask for it.

Would be honoured to see you among Lightpad users.

I'll inform when calendar sync is done.

Cheers!
@spacegangster You're welcome. Also I don't recall verifying my email and the time limit has now expired, yet I've not been asked again to verify. Maybe I had already verified the email.
@ianmayman also if you've logged in via social network which knows the same email – it will be verified automatically.

This looks great, and they say it's made in Berlin, so why is it only available to people with a phone number for that one same country whose citizens always gets preferential treatment? I have Bitcoin accounts and an email address both of which are common outside the U.S, yet it's a U.S phone number that is requested.
@ianmayman Hey Ian! Thanks for your message and glad you like the look of Donut :). Our product is currently only available in the US due to regulatory reasons. We're required to have some permissions and our partner only has the required permissions for the US. As we have part of the team in Berlin we're working super hard to expand cross border so stay tuned we'll be available in Europe soon too!
@theneelpopat That’s great, so why not have a mailing list for those to sign up to be notified when it’s available for them?
@ianmayman For sure! We'll work to add that :)
What is it that makes it exclusive?
This looks great but I've not got the best first impression as it asks me to enter a verification code but there's nowhere to enter the code that was sent to me. At least I can skip it, otherwise I would just leave.
@ianmayman Oh in fact, no I can't do anything about it. I can skip it and look at the homepage but can't do a thing until I enter a code that has no place to be entered. I click and type all over the place, but nothing happens.
@ianmayman I am sorry that you encountered a bug. I understand that you received the code, but the field to add the code is missing. I've left you an email, can we continue our conversation there?

Regards,
M

It's two weeks later and I've returned. it appears to have not been fixed and I'm now deleting the Betalist email that mentioned you. If it doesn't work now, I'm not registering up.
@ianmayman I could not replicate the bug and forgot to reply on here, sorry about that. Could you please pop on the live chat when you have the time?

I like this. I was thinking I can just create this in an existing app, but I like the automatic transferring of unfinished tasks, the time tracking and use of pomodoro. Oh and I notice that like me, you also like Boars... or is that typo?!

I guess you'll be charging users a monthly fee. I would like to suggest a pricing strategy of charging for tasks not done, see the long established BeeMinder as an example of this whereby users pay a fee if they don't complete tasks.
This sounds interesting but it would be good if there was a free version to try it out receiving perhaps one email per week. Personally I never read and feel I need to, maybe this would help.
Looks very interesting, I think never even heard of the .dev TLD before! It would be good if I could get an occasional email about new features and changes, but I will bookmark the site for when I need it.
@ianmayman Thanks for the comment! You can subscribe to our twitter account for occasional updates, we have some exciting features coming soon :) https://twitter.com/pagewatchdev
@pagewatchdev I'm not normally on Twitter and chances are I would miss your tweets anyway as I follow 3,000 people.
This sounds good, I hope it proves as good as the rival owned by Amazon as it would be good to instead support a smaller business. If It can get me reading regularly again, then it's definitely paying for!
I would like to see a demo or video before requesting a trial, especially if I don't know if the pricing will be in my budget.

It's a well designed website but it appears to be a "bucket list' which for most people is just a wishlist, nothing more than fantasy. There are other websites like this already.

I was hoping for something more in the productivity niche where I share what I must do and then be held accountable for it by other members who receive a share of my subscription fee... there's an idea for you! It's doing the things I must do rather than want to do that makes it possible to do the things on a bucket list.
@BilalBudhani Looks like it all works now.
This sounds interesting, but I have a bad first impression. The sample PDF shows nothing more than the example on the homepage, not a full website specification.

I use Google Docs for free to write up a website specification and a plan for the layout. This would save time but there's no demo of the pro features. I really can't justify risking anywhere close to $19 per month, maybe $5 per month if I had a paying client. The free version shows it mentions browser support, most web design clients don't know what "browser support" means.
You're absolutely right Ian, the template we've built is still far from being exhaustive. Our intention with this is to give developers (including ourselves) a headstart with a few boilerplate specs so that we don't have to write everything from scratch every time.

We're constantly working on adding in more components into the template though! If there are particular bits and pieces in a full website specification you wish to see there, we'd love to hear about them from you!

Super helpful to know your feedback about the pricing and the sample PDF as well. Thank you very much for taking the time to write.
I like this. I was sceptical but thought I'll give it a go. I like the minimalist design, it's clean and user friendly. I don't like some of the default settings but was able to have the settings I want, although Dark Mode appears to not save the setting when I check that.

One thing I never do is archive (except when I label an email). Most emails I get are adverts for temporary promotions... why would I want to keep them forever, filling up my inbox?! Why does labelling require going to the more/dots menu? Whilst I can archive with one click, I can't find a way to send to spam at all. If I could, I would remove the Archive button completely so as to avoid the risk of removing an email without labelling/organising it.

Finally it remains the case that the only email services to display messages above the message area are Apple and Google. Why can't email app developers see the benefit of this for users?

I feel the app has given a good enough first impression to keep using it. I'm unsure how it will be be funded (paid for), but I've been waiting since the demise of Mailbox (after Dropbox acquired it) to find an app that help me achieve "Inbox Zero" and TwoBird gives me hope for that and is worth paying for if I do get my inbox under control for the first time in years.
Just wanted to add that I can find no option to display all emails from the sender of an email. This is the single most effective strategy that I know of to reduce inbox clutter, this should be able to be done with one click. The lack of this option means I can't make yet the app main app for managing email.
@ianmayman Hi Ian! Thanks so much for the thorough feedback. You make some great points that we will take into consideration! We are glad to hear that Twobird gives you hope for achieving "Inbox Zero" (that's our goal too).

@radenkozec It looks like that "Boars" typo is still on the webpage, or it's another one. Also I subscribed to be a beta tester - I think months ago when this was featured on Betalist, but I've not had an email from you. I'm interested to see if it works for me and to what the lifetime deal is.
@ianmayman Sorry, we will fix typo on landing page in next update. We plan to launch to our beta users in next 20 - 30 days. We are not rushing to launch because we want to release complete quality product. Expect email from HyperDone soon. Thanks
@aniberberyan28 Have you thought about how vloggers and YouTubers would use this to create a slideshow that is exported as a video to the default photo/video app, or even direct to YouTube? Oh and my wifi is working but your website is down at the moment.
I like the look of this, it will be interesting to see how it all works. One thing that I will be interested in is two or three Solo lifetime plans, but I think it would be better to just offer this under one account rather than require three accounts for three Solo plans. There should however be a limit to the number of Solo plans under one account.
This works fantastic, but there is no password reset option which was nearly a problem for me.
It would also be helpful if I could change the order of the collections.
Chrome links don't seem to work, I suspect links to app don't either. Fro example, this link:- chrome://bookmarks/

I was about to register but I use GBP and the only currencies Czech Koruna, US Dollar and Euro.
@ianmayman scroll down in the list, for more currencies 👌
@vojtechbruzek Thank you. I never noticed I could scroll! I've set up an account now and I'm trying to see what the value-add is, besides looking fantastic, what can it do that can't be done with a spreadsheet? I'm not sure if I'll use it yet. I very much like the design, however I feel like it will work better on mobile devices, ideally as an app.
@ianmayman in this MVP beta version is very much like spreadsheet, but visualized in nicer UI. I’ve got a many ideas for new functions, so in the future the value of the app will be more than just spreadsheet. Mobile version or app is one of them. Desktop is great for bigger picture (to see more months in the row), thats why I was focused mainly on big screens.
I like the line "Maybe you’ll actually send out your newsletter now?" and also the opportunity to get started for free up to 1000 subscribers. Maybe you're right, perhaps this will get me started! i see that I can code my own form, so I can use it in Wordpress or any website I build on my own hosting?

Is it all GDPR compliant meaning subscribers can unsubscribe and export and delete their data using a link in the email?
@ianmayman Thanks! I'm not fully familiar with Wordpress, but you can code a form in HTML so I'm sure you could do it in Wordpress too. If you send me an email ([email protected]) we can work on it together.

To be truthful I haven't looked into GDPR for this yet. Subscribers can definitely unsubscribe from a link at the bottom of each email, but I'm not sure about the export — the only data stored about them is their email address, and if they unsubscribe that single piece of data is wiped.

@SkilledUpLife I wonder if it would be a GDPR breach if the email address is publicly listed and any email to that address is one-to-one, not a mass mailing to a list.
I like the idea, but it looks like there are no dots on the screenshot. Are they hidden?! Is there a demo available?
@ianmayman Thanks for the message, sorry what do you mean no dots on the screenshot ?
I am updating the site every day so there may be some changes that differ from the screenshot. But you can create a free account if you visit https://www.jotte.io and have a play there if you want.
This looks fantastic, I like the design though I'm unsure about having a 30 minute meeting until I've tried it out so as to see what I like and I would like to see. Most available times are when I'm likely to be working in my day job - away from my computer. One thing I would like is an iOS app, it looks only a mobile web app is available - but that might be enough. Oh and tags, I don't see any tagging feature.
This is brilliant! However "Movie of the Night" suggests one movie, so I like "Single View"... it makes the choice easy! Not sure if that should be the default view. I suggest making the filter collapsible. I hope there will be an IOS app soon in addition Android.

However, I doubt someone would pay more than $5pm and definitely not more than the streaming service subscription amount when each streaming service has their own recommendation engine, albeit not quite as good. I had not heard of TMDb before. I usually don't have time to watch much anyway.
@ianmayman Hi, thanks for the comment, I just saw it now. Definitely will take the feedbacks into consideration.
I like it, but can I change the "$" for a "£"?!
@ianmayman Thanks for trying out our product! You can change the currency by going to "Settings" in the left column and changing to "£ - GBP" under "What currency do you want to use in your forecast?"
This looks fantastic! A number of task manger now have pomodoro and kanban features as part of their app, but none look quite as good as this. Less is more... I think those apps have too many features. Perhaps this strikes the right balance, but I think I would still need the task manager apps for tasks not part of a project (that I think is most tasks, but not the important ones) which I am interested in working on with "Focus, Commit".
This sounds interesting but could be explained better, perhaps with a video. Are the newsletters only those you feature? What is "scheduled send" and "stack emails"?

What I'm wanting is a generated email address, like Mailinator (using one of several domain names to avoid a sender denying subscribing with a provided address) but where the emails come to my inbox and can't be read by anyone. It needs to be an address that can be disabled at any time. I would definitely pay for that.
I'm not looking to register but would like updates, unfortunately none of the social media links work, so I can't follow you.
I've joined the waitlist but "hundreds or thousands of design variants" is a concern, have you heard of the paradox of choice? The fact is less is more when it comes to choice.
@ianmayman Hi Ian, that's a very nice feedback, thanks! I think what we can do here is we can present you with the most 'accurate' generated (according to our AI algo) image, so you don't have to filter through the the entire list. Of course, if you're not satisfied you may hit the generate button again! What do you think?
I have bank accounts with three of the biggest banks in one of the most financially developed countries and yet I can't sync with even a single one of those banks. I know I can add manually, but then I may as well use my spreadsheet especially if I find later that I have to pay when manually updating. Americans of course have no such problem as usual.

Regarding the spreadsheet upload option, everyone has a different spreadsheet system so I don't believe for a second that the resulting data would be correct, especially with my multi-sheet spreadsheet.

I'm also surprised to find no option to change the currency which I thought would be as simple as changing a $ to a €, £ or ¥ for example.
This is interesting. I complete my own comprehensive and it seems quite accurate domain valuations using a system I developed, but this website could be a good second opinion. However, it's worth saying domainers will be voting, not end users.
@ianmayman Thanks for the comment. Yes, it is domainers voting. The idea is to get a second opinion from others in the industry, safely and anonymously. We can all benefit from other people’s perspectives from time to time.
This all looks great, but I'm just wondering what makes up an exported website, and how easy might it be to edit that exported website?

I'm guessing it's HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript and can be uploaded to server by FTP, but editing post-export would require some coding knowledge, is that right?
@ianmayman Thanks Ian! So we don't export websites to code at the moment. Apps can be downloaded in .ipa, .apk, .exe, or .dmg formats directly to your computer, while websites and PWAs are auto-hosted and published directly to the web. You can edit and update them directly from our editor.
For years I've been working on a website redesign for a church for a simple website, but it's always never enough time for me to work on it, or too complicated for the technophobes interested in it to learn how to do it. First impression is that this could be the answer, or at least one very good temporary solution. I will look closer at this soon.
