As a #mapnerd, love the product. I'm wondering if this is currently only mapping active users on a site?
@EnlightenData Hi Dennis and thanks! Your Pingmap will always show the last login location for all users regardless of whether or not they're currently logged in and active on the site.
Love the idea! So many SaaS companies neglect customer retention and the off-boarding process, losing customers unnecessarily, and/or losing out on gaining insight into why a particular customer is leaving. Well done!
