Simply is a thoroughly designed and full-featured CRM. It's easy to get started with and once you get into it, you’ll discover that it has a great depth of features. Also easy to try out, with a free trial + quite a good customer support in the period.
So many things can be done in the free version to maximize its potential: a customized sales process, the email synch, web forms, adding projects, managing contracts, invoices, contacts and much more. I recommend Simply CRM to those who are having multiple processes running in their business and needs task assignment along with marketing done. Also, Simply has got so many support articles and tutorial so it’s very easy to understand and work through.
They have a customer first policy and we’ve been getting their support every time we connect. For us, Simply has been transforming our business and we recommend it for serious startups and existing business entities

Pros: Simply CRM is always great for sales activities. Simply is a great customizable CRM and can manage your marketing tasks and customers easily. It is very simple to use and also affordable too. It has superb features such as email campaigns, web forms, users, invoice & project management and more with the best reporting options.

Cons: Simply is no doubt the best CRM out of the available costly ones but we are not sure if it’s providing the option for its users to track back records, documents, and presentations etc.

Overall: Simply CRM is our business partner and we love it just not because it makes things easier for us but because it has all the essential tools which a business really needs the most. We are satisfied customers as we know we are doing good in comparison to other like minded business providers.

I love the customized layout and simplicity of use! The assignments, alerts, quick funnel, list building, contract & project management, and reporting features are superb. It is no doubt a handy tool for startups, business owners and MSMEs. The best thing about this software is that it's offering a free trial with no credit card so everyone can have it for a test and assessment.

Super interactive and easy just in case if you are a beginner to this. Simply has a variety of features and tools which is, of course, great for your marketing and sales team. Your team will get all in one package with this CRM and it’s great for the team’s internal communication. Media uploads and edits such as docs/videos/pics/lists etc are all very easy.
You should have tested it for free as the trial comes for 1 month without any credit card registration.
Signed-up for a free trial, not sure about web form integration but their support helped me with this. They have managed the tutorial part and have told me how to add products to this, manage other processes and more. So I don’t have any complaints about them.
If you don't have a big budget to build a custom CRM or can not afford a high priced CRM, Simply is your friend with tons of advanced features and processes.
My overall experience is great with Simply. I appreciate the Simply team members for their hard work and efforts to make it the easiest, simple, affordable and complete altogether. I really love their user interface, nice end-user experience. The marketing automation and lead management are providing additional pace to it.
Easy to Customize, you can add custom fields, forms, pages and more! Integrating and adding events to the calendar, personalization, AI based next customers action planner, chat history, Gantt charts, visual funnel analysis and much much more! The most important part is the pricing. They are too competitive and affordable.
If you don't have an in-house development staff or administrators that can manage your email accounts, this is probably the great choice for you. Our business has got many employees and this is what we use to manage them. It’s super easy to use and the transparency for all types of user roles makes it very simple and straight. The best features are the ability to manage the users and accounts and have all information stored to a centralized database with flexible accessibility.
If your business is event based or you do client appointments, Simply offers great collaboration with Google calander to manage it in behalf of you. Also, third party integration is super classy as you can easily create email forms, web forms for further integrations and it works great. It does not require that level of coding expertise as so many drag and drop features for non techies. In all, SImply is superb and amazing for any business who needs a roller-coaster scaling.
