This is pretty cool. Back when Wim Hof and the entire cold shower movement got started, I challenged myself to do a cold shower every day, for 30 days. I tracked it for myself, but when I told my friends they wanted to be in as well, so the group element helped a lot, since we were competing all towards the same goal.

Definitely going to give this a try with a new, more challenging goal! 💪
